The organized organization that has listed the securities shall notify the securities market from time to time regarding the following matters:-
(a) In case of amending the Articles of Association or Regulations,
(b) In case of distribution of interim dividend on securities,
(c) In case of distribution of bonus shares as dividend,
(d) if the listing, renewal, consolidation or division of securities is to be stopped,
(e) If the work of the organized organization has to be stopped due to natural disaster, emergency, lockout or any other reason.
